  3. We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in Kenya. This was our first visit to the country and the trip was made so enjoyable by the excellent service and communication that we received from Lincoln, the delightful young man who runs Baringo Safaris, driver Allan and bird guide Louis. From our very first contact with them to the end of our tour they were unfailingly polite and helpful and were always ready to go the extra mile to make our visit special. Any queries we had before travelling were always promptly addressed and, when we realised that we had a 10 hour wait for our return flight with all our luggage in tow (following a trip down to Diani beach), Lincoln and Allan gave up their Saturday to collect us from the local airport, drive us around Nairobi National Park for the afternoon, and deliver us back to the main airport for our flight home. The drive from Nairobi to Baringo was an experience in itself, but Allan’s superb driving skills and familiarity of the route made the journey fly by. Both Lincoln and Allan were delightful company and we learned so much about Kenya and its history during our time with them. The company of bird guide Louis on the two days that we stayed in Baringo was really special and we saw 130 different species on the first day alone (we’d seen 169 different birds by the end of our trip!). We’re still smiling at the wonderful memories of a very happy trip.
Best wishes to you, Allan and Louis.
    Kind regards,

    Heather
